number one: Kaspersky, SERUOSLY! use avast, its free
then I would suggest a 2 GB gtx 950 or 960 over the 750ti or maybe r7 370, but 750ti is just as good
it is a great value/performance build

For the price of your CPU + cooler, you can pretty much get an i3-6100, which would perform better.

I would go with DDR4 RAM/motherboard. The price difference should be small to non-existent, DDR4 is more future proof, and Intel 6th gen CPUs aren't technically rated to run with DDR3 memory (only DDR3L, which runs at a lower voltage).
