http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pqcM7P this is the list of parts please check it and answer my few questions ASAP
1.I can't find the architecture of cpu and motherboard so should they be same?
2.The motherboard in the list only supports ddr3 ram upto 1333mhz so please suggest a board that supports atleast 1600mhz without overclocking and which has 4 slots of ddr3 1600mhz ram and should be upto 32gb (upto 16gb if it not fits in my budget) btw my budget is under 50$. Please help ASAP

your chosen cpu and mobo should be compatible as long as the motherboard has the compatible bios. if it doesn't, the bios needs to be updated for reliable operation. check the motherboard's cpu support list, the link is in the "Support & Downloads" section.

you can run ddr3 1600 ram as long as the kits are compatible. check the memory support list (qvl) for validated kits. better, you can check from gskill's website (use your ram's model exact number) to find out compatible motherboard, then crosscheck with gigabyte's memory support list.

Solution
1. The cpu fits the socket on the mobo. But the fx is designed to be overclocked, so I would suggest getting a 970 chipset mobo to overclock the fx 6300.
2. The speed of the ram doesn't matter. Higher speed of the ram might be offset by the higher latency. Any ddr3 would do just fine.

If you can stretch your budget to $500, this would be a much better system.

The biggest difference maker would be a r9 280 over a r7 260x for gaming.

the currency might be different at your location, but the listed parts will be similarly priced in other places as well.
