Is this PNY GTX 670 a good deal at $300 after rebate? NCIX

Hello, I've been in the market for a new gpu and have found a killer deal on a PNY gtx 670 off of NCIX (US). I've never shopped on NCIX before as I usually choose newegg for their overall better prices/quick shipping. Is PNY a good brand (warranty/quality/etc)? Is NCIX a worthy company that honors their rebates?

specs: core i5 2500k, 16gb ddr3 1600, ASROCK extreme 3 gen 3

yes it is. it is an amazing card i just bought one off ncix and it shipped across Canada in less than 24 hours. Ncix is also good with there rebates. All games run maxed out no problem

sorry have not been on in a while. the max i get is 72 degrees on the card during bf3 on ultra and the fan at 30 percent.i think it is a great card.
