is this possible that one can disconnect Wi-Fi in office from a commen server

In my office we use Wi-Fi for mobile network. I feel that one of my office staff disconecet the Wi-Fi connection from my phone.is I want to know is this possible. If yes then give me a solution to deal or protect my phone

if it is a dhcp you can disconnect
if it is a firewall( where you need to login to access the internet) then also they can disconnect

Manually set your phone up with an IP that is unlikely to get used by your staff. My DHCP range is 192.168.0.10 to 192.168.0.254 so I just use 192.168.0.9 if I want a device to have it's own IP.

Only the IT admins could do that, you might want to ask.

Another random user could not disconnect your phone.
