Here are the specs i7 3930k,32gb ram,2x evga gtx 690 signature editions in quad sli,2x gtx 590 watercooled in quad sli,asus rampage iv extreme ,corsair cx 1500 watt psu,corsair 800d case and a 4tb sshd is this possble to build ?

The 3930k is two generations old, you've listed two types of gpu, both of which are out of date, and a low-quality psu for the money.

I7 3930k is better than i7 5820k gtx 690 is pretty much has the same peformance as 980 your statement is valid.

Gtx 690 and 980 are pretty much the same and gtx 690 won 980 in some bechmarks and 980 won 690 in some bechmarks but mostly they were peforming pretty much the same and dont forget that im getting gtx 690 signature edition wich is factory overcloked.
