Is this power supply adequate for my build?

Hey guys and gals, I was hoping you guys might help me decided if this power source is enough for the build that I am planning. It was relatively easy to pick my parts for my new build, but the choosing of the power supply just boggles my mind. Here are the pieces that I have chosen so far.

CPU: AMD FX-6300

its a budget psu but will do the job easily mate.
may i just suggest dropping down to this board

& grabbing yourself a decent aftermarket cooler with the money youve saved,the gigabyte board is every bit as good as the asus & pretty much the recommended board for the 6300 - the only thing that the asus will do over the gigabyte is nvidia sli

I got that piece from the micro center already, and when I follow through with the mail in rebate it'll come out to the same price. I just want to get all my pieces from there and take care of the rebate all at once.

If there is a suggesting for a better PSU, for a similar budget, I would appreciate the assistance.
