Is This Power Supply Any Good?

Hello, i got a VisionTek 500 watt psu from radio shack and i was wondering if visiontek makes good power supplys, i know they make quality video cards but i never had a powersupply from them before.

No professional reviews but judging by the specs its not a good unit, 12v rail maxes at 348w which is very poor for a unit advertised as a 500w unit.
