There is 1 hard drive, 1 cd drive and an AMD Phenom II X3 720 Black Edition Triple Core Processor AM3 2.8GHZ, 4 gb ram

A 500W is sufficient, so no problem.

Plenty. It has a 41 amp 12 volt output.

GTX260 needs about 11 amps and even your CPU is going to pull less than 10 amps even if you overclock. Leaves plenty in reserve.
