Is this power supply enough?

I got given a GTX 580 for free by a friend which is quite a big step up from my ddr3 6670 so now I need a good psu as my cooler master crapped itself (I know now it was a bad idea to get cooler master) so I'm looking for some advice on here

I found the Seasonic S12II 620w on a website here In New Zealand and was wondering is it powerful enough to handle my rig

my specs are

AMD A8 5600k
Zalman CPU cooler
1 red xilence case fan
1 red case fan I got off trademe (new Zealand's ebay)
1 seagate xt momentous 750gb 7200rpm
1 wd caviar blue 7200rpm
1 LG DVD/cd writer
ZOTAC A55-ITX WiFi MOBO
8GB DDR3 1333mhz ram

yea ts more than enough essentialy 550 would be perfect for this gpu

Yea it is more than enough you could even get 760/770 or r9 280x with this psu or sli 560
