Hi, I have a 600w Corsair PSU and I was looking to upgrade my GPU from a 6950 to a GTX 770 SC. It says that the minimum power requirement is 600w, but it also says that you will need 40 amps on the 12v rail. My PSU has 46 amps on the 12v rail and I was wonder if I got this card, would my PSU not have enough left to power the rest of my parts?

My build: i5 3570k @4.2 GHz
16 GB Corsair 1600 MHz
HD 6950 Stock
1 Tb HDD
600w corsair PSU non-modular

Solution
You'll be fine. You need 40A *for the whole system* and you have 46. The card itself consumes at most 230W i.e. about 19A.
