Hello, I have a chieftec smart 500w ( the box says 350 - 700w ) power supply, and i was wondering if its enough to run or handle a gtx 1070 with a i7 7700, and 12gb ram?

Edit: the model is a gps-600a8

I have a gtx 1080 and the build my pc program i used said 650 watt gives a 10% over needed supply to allow for suddenly demand under load.
I am curious about why you have 12 ram do you have a 8gb stick of ram and a 4gb stick.
If you do then this is wrong.
Ram should be even pairs and doubled up if you add , ram should be installed as 8,16,32,64,
Also never mix the MZH rating because the lower rate will pull down the efficiency of the higher one
