Is this power supply good enough for my pc?

I have a PP500FCA 450W PSU and I am interested if I have to upgrade it if I'm going to upgrade to these specs:

GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P
AMD FX-Series FX-8320E BOX procesor
Kingston 1333MHZ DDR3 8GB
2TB HDD
Radeon R7 240 2GB

I'm not buying the power supply or GPU. I already had those two i'm just wondering if power supply will run the build with those components.

System will draw approximately 230 W. So in theory, the 450 W PSU should be able to supply the required power provided the PSU is not faulty nor excessively power capacity degraded due to aging.
