It can probably handle the GTX 1060 but I wouldn´t cheap out on the PSU.

I've never heard of the 'White' term. If i'm not wrong, it may be even below bronze(?)
I wouldn't put a single penny on this PSU...

As stated above, don't go cheap on PSUs, you will likely regret it sooner or later.

If you're looking for a budgety approach, grab a CX450M or CX550M either with the gray label.
