[SOLVED] Is this power supply recommended?

I have a Optiplex 790 which I plan on adding a GTX 1060 3gb or a GTX 970 in the near future.
I however have to upgrade the power supply. Would you recommend this power supply?

The mini tower uses a standard ATX PSU so the CX450 would be the cheapest PSU I'd recommend.
