Is this power supply reliable?

Absolutely not. SHAW and other OEM's who sell incredible cheap PSU's with cases are almost never reliable but more often than not a liability.

That said, it's not a guarantee that it is extremely bad quality, the likelihood of it being that however, is high.

Seasonic, Delta and SuperFlower are the best. Flexatronics, Enhance and FSP make good PSU's as well. CWT and HEC can indeed produce quality PSU but choose not to do it every time.

Show me your build, then I will help you find an inexpensive but reliable PSU.
