Question is this prebuilt a good deal?

So I am getting ready to build a brand new system for myself. I have built systems (about 1 every 3 years) for about 15 years now. I upgraded on the last build cycle so am worried slightly about old hard drive, etc.

I am running i-5 6600K, 16GB RAM, a 970 GPU, and a small SSD.

Was going to pull trigger on a build your own when I heard about the new GPU's coming out and new AMD CPUs. So I put the buy on hold.

Saw this on newegg and thought I would ask. Ryzen 7 3700X, 2070 GPU, and 1 TB SSD for $1200 with no shipping has me second guessing building my own. Can anyone offer advice about reasons to build my own instead of this buy here?

Thanks!

But I'm not a big fan of the (likely) cheaper components they used. Given it's a Rosewill case, I'm suspecting a Rosewill power supply as well. No idea of the SSD, RAM, or the graphics card manufacturer. Of course, if something does go wrong, are you sending in just the failed component or the entire system? Who's paying the shipping to ABS?

Personally, I'd pass. If I'm spending that much money, I'm buying the components I want; not what some company cheaped out on.
