Is this prebuilt close to the Pc I put together or better

I've dealt with one of those cases before, they're very integrated so don't expect to be able to upgrade it very much. I think that one has a replaceable hard drive, RAM and GPU (but the power supply is pretty much limited to cards that use the same amount of power as the stock one).

Saying that, if you don't care about upgradablity, that ASUS has quite good build quality. But you're trading a lot of upgradablity for size.
