Is this prebuilt close to the Pc I put together or better

I will have to get a prebuilt unfortunately but if you see a prebuilt Pc that's around 1k please let me know

Your build has a better graphics card and power supply, the Best Buy Asus one has a better processor and more RAM.

Biggest difference is you have a gtx970 that has a 960, which is a pretty big difference. Also not sure it includes a monitor... It does have a i7 instead of an i5

Well...to me, the case on that BestBuy thing is a $500 minus.
Be wary if you ever want to change any parts inside.

It depends on how people value aesthetics to performance. Aesthetically, it is a very nice case.

I've dealt with one of those cases before, they're very integrated so don't expect to be able to upgrade it very much. I think that one has a replaceable hard drive, RAM and GPU (but the power supply is pretty much limited to cards that use the same amount of power as the stock one).

Saying that, if you don't care about upgradablity, that ASUS has quite good build quality. But you're trading a lot of upgradablity for size.
