Is this Processor compatible with my Computer

No its not compatible, the board only supports Athlon X2's up to 65W, that Phenom X4 is a 125W processor so your board will not run it, and even if it did you would burn out the voltage regulation circuitry on the board quickly

Never put a 125 W processor on a 65 W mobo

That's one weird mobo
So many of the connections on the PCB are left unconnected
Another good reason never to buy HP, Compaq, Dell or any other ready-assembled s**t.
Building your own PC - That's the way to go

Wait so what is my best choice if I want to upgrade to a newer processor?

Get a new board, which will require new ram, which basically just means a new build. If you can save up 400-500 you can get a decent lower end build that will greatly outperform your current set up.
