Is this PSU alright to use that came with my new pc?

That's the link to the PSU that came inside my system. I'm currently running with an asus m4n68t-m mobo, Athlon II x4 630, 4gb ram, radeon hd 5670. I would really like to use this psu because my case is clear and it has blue lights. But if it's going to cause me problems with my equipment, please let me know. I have a BFG 550w PSU also.

The BFG is 80% certified, but If it's not going to hurt anything.. i'd rather have the nice blue lights. Just let me know, and thank you!
 

Thats a great video I was posting that a while back and I forgot about it anybody even thinking about useing them so called high output cheap PSU should watch that video.
 
One of the most important things to remember when building a pc, never go cheap on the power supply.
You could have all of these awesome components and buy some cheap power supply and ruin them all.
