Is this psu any good?

I need a new psu, since my current 700w alpine is cheap and basically crap. So for my new build, which will have a i5 3570k, gtx 660 ti, a ssd, a hdd, a dvd drive. ive checked on a psu calculator, and it needs around 300-400w. So will this evga 500w be enough, and is it any good?

My budget fr the psu is around 50, but i want to spend as least as possible, since im saving up for this through my allowance, and get the most bang for my buck. im not really fussed about it being fully wired, or modular or semi modular. Thanks

Yes, that PSU is decent. not awesome, but plenty for your system.

The GTX 660 Ti requires a system power of 450 watts and 24 Amps on the 12 Volt rail - The EVGA 500 watts PSU that you selected will be fine.

Yes that PSU is fine for what you need it for. If you decide to stay with EVGA for PSU's just never get the supernova nex PSU's

It is a lot better compared to the Corsair CX series though.
