Is this PSU any good?

Hello guyz,i am gonna get a used pc build,and it has this PSU on it..
HIPER TYPE M HPU-4M880 880W PEAK 1040W
I have never heared of this psu,and i guess its really old,but is it any good now? I am planning to get a 380,will this be enough,is it good quality? Or shall i get a new one?

ps:in my countrie power supplies are really expensive, the EVGA 750w 80 gold costs 145$~...

If its cheap and claims that kind of wattage, I would avoid it. Try to find one list in Tier 1 or 2 here:

One of the above with 550 watts or more would be sufficient unless you've got an overclocked 8 core, then you would want at least 650.
