Hai, I'm really not into powersupply stuff nor I understand them 🙁 So I'm looking for some help here. I have a spare pc (q9400, 4gb ddr2, 250gb hdd) and a spare gtx 460 1gb. I'm thinking of buying this 500w cheapo psu (I don't really want to spend money on this pc)
Would it be safe to use this psu with a 460gtx? It's a "inter-tech" crappy psu that costs like 30 dollars

Solution
No. Avoid cheapo garbage psus. They can destroy all of your other parts and even start a fire.

The power supply is the single most important part. You only need to spend around $50 to get a good one.
