My system specs-
Processor- i5 2500k OCed to 4.5 @ 1.33v
Motherboard- ASUS p8z77-M (Not pro)
RAM- 2x 4Gb G skill RipjawsX 1600 MHz CL9@ 1.5v
HDD- Seagate 2 TB green @ 5400 RPM and Seagate 500GB @ 7200 RPM
Optical Drive- Sony DVD writer
CPU Cooler - Noctua NH u12p SE2
Case Fans- total 5(including 2 fans of the cooler)
PSU- SEASONIC S12II 620w
I am thinking about buying a Sapphire Vapor-x 7970 3GB and I hope to overclock it as well. I have no plans of tweaking voltage on the GPU.
Is my PSU enough to handle an overclocked i5 2500K and this sapphire vapor-x 7970? If not then I will have to settle with 7950 as I can't afford a new PSU along with a 7970.
P.S. I have no plans of Crossfire.
