[SOLVED] Is this PSU enough for my build? HELP

• ATX Phanteks Eclipse P300
• Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm SATA III 64MB
• Motherboard MSI B360M PRO-VD
• Cooler CPU be quiet! Pure Rock Slim
• HyperX Kit 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4 2666MHz Fury Black

Is BitFenix Formula 550W 80+ Gold a good PSU for this build? If not, do i need more wattage or less?

Thx, another question, should i get gtx 1660ti + i3-8100 or gtx 1060 6gb + i5 9400f?
