Is this PSU enough for my Gaming PC?

Hi everyone, I am building a gaming PC and was wondering if a EVGA 430W1 80+ would power it, Here are my specs:

GPU: EVGA GTX 960 SC 4gb
CPU: AMD FX 8320
MOBO: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 AM3+ AMD
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1 tb 7200 rpm
RAM: Kingston Hyper X FURY 1x8gb (will get one more later for a total of 16 gb)
CASE: Bitfenix Comrade Black

With x being any letter, I would avoid any EVGA x1 power supply. EVGA x2 units are good ones though.

Seasonic also makes a good 430 watt power supply, but check the price on the 520 watt Seasonic, as it is often on sale for less than the 430 watt one is.

I would spend a little more and go with the 500w Bronze units. The AMD 8 cores are power hungry and it will give you a bit more head room and flexibility for future part swaps. Also you want nice clean stable power, so your system will last longer.

What's the difference? I saw the EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G2, but it is more expensive and do I really need 550 watts? All the others were 650+ and I was told that 500watts was more than enough power for my system.

B1, G1, W1 were all problematic models. B2, G2 are very good power supplies.

You can buy Power Supply shaped devices for $20. But if you want a good power supply, they start at about $55 and climb from there in most cases.
