Is this PSU enough for my pc, after overclocking CPU?

Hello guys, i want to overclock my CPU to about 4.5Ghz, and i wonder if my psu is capable of running the pc smoothly without any kind of problem. I am most afraid about the peak power consumption combined with my gpu because the R9 390 are quite hungry cards.

My PC:
MB: Sapphire Pure Black P67 Hydra CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K + AC Freezer XTREME Rev.2 ( will replace with Akasa Venom A 20 this weekend)
GPU: MSI R9 390 Gaming 8G
RAM: Kingston HyperX Savage 2x4GB 1600Mhz
PSU: SeaSonic SS-620GB
HDD: Kingston HyperX Savage SSD 240GB + Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 2TB
CASE: NZXT S340 Razer Edition

Thanks :)

If your setup is already stable, then there shouldn't be any issues with OCing the CPU. Of course, that is if your CPU can handle 4.5ghz without issues.

The power consumption of the R9 shouldn't be beyond the manufacturer's threshold, unless it is overclocked itself beyond the original settings. All cards will draw peak wattage beyond the rated at intervals, but the power supply is capable of giving peak wattage higher than rated as well.
Overclocking your CPU will rarely take more than 20-30W more. That Seasonic should do quite well if your overclock is just to 4GHZ.

The card itself takes up to 275W. Take into account the rest of the system, and on full load it should take around 500W. If the Seasonic gives a true 620W rated, then it will be enough for slight overclocks.

In have been running with this setup without no problems for some time, just on stock clock speeds. I know that amd recommends even 750w psu for R9 390 but that is nonsense.

I read that the psu is capable of 576 watts or something like that for 100% but it could give even more. But i also read that the peak power consumption of R9 390 can be about 400W for a sec or so, so i dont know if its true...
