Yes, it is more than enough and should perform well.

The PSU should be just fine even if you are overclocking. But with a motherboard like that, you really can't overclock. I would seriously put in some more money and buy a better motherboard like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FKTZC4M?tag=technadu-20&linkCode=ogi&th=1&psc=1
