Yes its enough power , but not able to OC'ing, but, in a personal opinion, i would change it to a trusted one.

That power supply isn't good enough to fit in a build with an i7-6700 + GTX 970. As you'd know, the power supply is what powers the system and is thereby the key element to your PC. You want one that will deliver the necessary power easily for 4-5 years or longer. The Zalman ZG500-GV won't ensure that I don't think.

I have an i5 4460 with a GTX 970 which is powered my an EVGA G2 550W Gold. Totally worth it.

It use to have a CX 500 but it started to splutter so I replaced it, it was just about 2 years old.

What about Antec TruePower Classic 550W? My current PC is using it so I can just do a switcheroo
