intex is useless....get a better psu.

if you have a tight budget get the corsair vs450 at least. (should cost you about 2k)

18 amps on the 12v rail? I wouldnt personally, although it might work, as the 660 should only draw around 12 amps.

But I would change the PSU IMO, doesnt sound great.
