Question Is this PSU Enough??

My PC Specs is
MOBO: Acer EG31M
RAM: 2x 2Gb 800Mz DDR2
CPU: Intel Core 2 Q9400
HDD: 1x 7200RPM 320Gb
PSU: 250W FSP250-60THA(1PF) . The ratings of this PSU is given in this image https://ibb.co/fCR9RXy

And I am Planning to buy a Asus GTX 750 Ti( Without 6 Pin Connector). Will I be able to Run the PC.

Even if it manages to run, doesn't mean it's safe. Keeping a cheap PSU under load might be the last thing you wanna try. It's not safe.
At least get a Corsair VS450(grey label)

Whatever did you get, it's something you should go under, so I would advice you to get something that has the least wattage, but the most modern, like 80+ Bronze PSUs.
I mean any of them will work just fine, that is a bit old configuration so I see no reason buying more expensive unit if you can sell the whole PC for the price of the new PSU.

It maybe able to run your system but it is not safe as cheap PSUs use low quality parts which can fail under load. And your PSU will be under load evrytime you do something that requires GPU performance.
