Im running an desktop pc that currently has:
Intel Core i5 3470 (non overclocked)
GTX 750 (slightly overclocked)
2x4gb ddr 3 1600 mhz ram
1x cooling fan 120 mm
1 kingston ssd
1 500 gb hard drive
mouse,keyboard,headphones (gaming)
And all of that is working on Enermax liberty ELT400AWT 400W ATX 12V modular PSU
And the pc is working just fine for over a couple months.
My question is will there be any difficulties replacing that gtx 750 with Rx 570 4gb?
If yes will it atleast work with rx 560 4gb without replacing my PSU?

Should be enough. According to official nvidia website, the minimum power requirement is 300 watts, so you should be good with replacing GPU
