Is this psu good enough for my build?

Solution
The wattage you need is determined by your graphics card/s.
A GTX1070 needs about 500w.
A TitanXp needs 600w.
You are good there.
Here is a chart for other options.

As to quality, I think you can do better.
Here is just one list of quality ranking:

On your proposed build, I have some thoughts.

1. I7-6700K does not need special cooling, even when highly overclocked.
You run out of safe vcore before you run into thermal limits using a good case like yours.
A simple Noctua NH-U12s is more than enough.

2.
I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is...

NEX PSUs are EVGA's lower end. If you already own it its ok, but if you don't you want to pick something from the G2/G3 line up or the GS lineup.

120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. Many things default to the C drive so 120gb can fill up quickly.
When a SSD nears full, it will lose performance and endurance.
If you can go 240gb, that is recommended.
Samsung EVO is a good choice for performance and reliability.
