Question Is this PSU good for my pc?

What sort of a budget have you set aside for your PSU purchase?

Might want to list the specs to your current system like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
Chassis:

As for your other PSU, Be Quiet! is the brand while 600W is the advertised wattage of the unit. How old is the unit and what is the model for the unit?

If you have the money available, I would maybe step into a higher line of Corsair (or other) PSU. The RM are regarded as nice units. I can, however, understand being on a budget. I have personally not ever had a Corsair unit fail on me, even in their budget lines.

With that said, your graphics card man, recommends a 650W unit. I would not test that on a budget selection.

true but the system power 9 doesn't work with the 2070 Super but works with my 1650

Would like to query something to make sense of things.

1650 doesn't require supplimentary power plugs and is slot powered where 2070 super typically uses 1x 6pin and 1x 8pin on side of the card. You're connecting these right? Both of them? Without both, the card won't function.

Firstly the gtx 1650 I have has a single 6 pin connector, and secondly yes I was using both 6 pin and 8 pin wires, the card was working fine for a few months until I guess the efficiency of the PSU died
