Question Is this psu good for this build, is everything compatible, will there be bottleneck and is this enough for 1080p gaming?

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G
MOBO: Gigabyte B450M DS3H
RAM: 2x4 Gb 2933MHz DDR4
GPU: Rx 480 4gb
HDD: 1 Tb 7200 RPM 3.5
PSU: EVGA 500 BR

Also is this PSU loud?
If this one isn't good will EVGA 500 B1 be?

A 500W PSU is enough for this build, but I would strongly recommend getting an SSD rather than an HDD. They are super cheap nowadays and they are much better. Also, I would upgrade to the rx 580 and get the ryzen 5 1600 af over the ryzen 3 2200g, since you won't be utilizing its integrated graphics.

The problem is that I already have this build and the only things that I am buying are the psu and the gpu. However, rx 580 isn't an option. I will probably get corsair cx550, so will it be powerful enough? And can I game in 1080p in 60fps?

The efficiency doesn't exactly define the quality of a PSU.

Which country?

Budget?

If it comes down to it you may need to change some parts so you can get a good PSU and you should get a good unit as low quality units can ruin your parts and garbage units could even catch on fire. The Corsair I listed above is considered a good quality budget unit but pricing could be different based on location. Since you have a dedicated GPU you could go with the Ryzen 1200 instead of the 2200G if that saves you a decent amount of money to get a better PSU.

I already have this build and I am buying the gpu and psu,so I can't change the cpu. I am buyibg in serbia where the cx550 is around 80 dollars. How can I know if the psu is good quality?

Well, there are different ones just tell me the model and I'll take a look.
I have found a refurbished rx 580 8gb xfx for around 120 dollars in one of the stores here, is it safe to biy the refurbished ones considering the new ones cost nearly double the price?
If it's a trustworthy store that warranties the refurbed GPU's then they should be ok but I'm not someone who buys a used GPU unless I know for a fact it wasn't mined with or heavily overclocked.
