Well that PSU is not good, according to reputed Reviews and its internal pics..

This PSU is designed on older Group Regulated design. While better PSUs like Corsair CX is based on DC-DC converter Design circuit for minor rails..
Even Cheapest Coolermaster MWE 450v2 is also based on DC-DC Designe... That doesn't means it is much reliable.. but voltage regulation on newer PSUs is good..
