I can find very little information on it.
Which in short means, no, don't go near it.

Thats's not a good PSU.

1. Falsely advertised wattage. It's more like a 300w PSU not a 450w unit.
2. It's an extremely old design, made for a Pentium 4.
3. It's 220v only

Looks like it is just a rebranded bottom of the barrel generic unit. PSU is a danger to itself and others. Don't waste your money.
