Is this PSU good for these components?

4Gb ram

That "500 Watt" PSU is effectively only 216 watts on the 12V rail. (18W x 12V)

While your system's components probably at most would consume 150W total, I wouldn't really trust that PSU at all.

The first two links in my signature offer a guide to recommended PSUs. That's for predominantly US and Western Europe markets, though. Depending on where you are, there may be few decent models available.

Would be good as a door stop... Maybe. It probably is too light for that actually.

It's junk. I wouldn't put it anywhere near a computer even if it is a lower power draw system like yours.

That is a terrible PSU. Even a lowly EVGA white, or bronze rate, PSU is vastly superior to that thing.
