Running win xp pro with all updates and sp1.
Now here are the components i have:
ASUS P4V800-X Motherboard - latest BIOS
Intel Pentium 4 2,8Ghz Northwood + fan ofcourse
512ddr PC3200 40Mhz - one stick
Connect3D ATI Radeon 9600 XT 128mb - Latest Catalyst
DVD-ROM HP..ordinary
SoundBlaster 5.1
2 x NIC
Floppy
I get weird sudden shutdowns of my monitor only when I play games. Can work just fine then on one day i can get multiple monitor shutdowns pc freeze, only thing to do is a manual reset.
Id appreciate any help, its really annoying. All the hardware is less then 1year old.
Been told that the PSU i have a Chieftec 300W output isnt enough and that might be causing, I have tried different memory sticks, graphiccard thinking they were faulty but they arent.
Edited by Cantstandya on 06/15/04 04:12 PM.
