Is this PSU ok?

Hi to all,
I have to change my PSU and I was wondering if this is a decent PSU.
Furthermore: is it ok on my system?

It's a decent power supply and is more than enough to power your specs.

The VP450 is not the greatest PSU on the market but it is decent by most accounts - it used to be "tier 2b" before the PSU tier list update which bumped it down to tier three, especially considering its regular ~$40 retail price.
