lol well this the question i'm trying to figure out, my fan is not spinning at moment BUT from some retailers the warranty is a 5yr so i'd say yes XFX are one of the top 10 psu makes I have had no other issues the fan not spinning all the time could be the way it was designed so it only spins when hot
