Is This PSU Reliable?

Hi, I want to get the Silverstone Strider Plus 700W for my build and I was wondering if anybody could tell me how reliable it is. I plan on using my new build for gaming and editing. I saw on the psu tier list that strider plus is a tier 2 psu except I didnt see the 700W listed so I'm kind of confused.

Don't buy a PSU based on color scheme , colored ones are usually poor quality like the Strider.
