Is this PSU safe to use??

So I need a PSU quick and cheap and this XS-Kira SVP PSU caught my eye... I'd never heard of this company before but after reading a review it seemed pretty good.

Second hand PSU is not that good idea especially if it has few years already. I'm not saying will certainly be a bad deal, but even details like whining old fan may get you frustrated. It's really the question is it cheap enough for consideration or how desperate you are.

well I have a GTX 750 Ti with an i5 2500k for about 5 days, and I'm desperate to use it. Any suggestion then for a cheap quality PSU, for under £40?? Thanks
