[SOLVED] is this PSU safe?

i bought this used korean psu and people tell me its dangerous im currently using it with a gtx 1050ti and an i7 3770, would it be possible to upgrade to a 1650 super with it?

Looking at how Amps are across the voltages does it look as a very old design and would just say throw it in the bin.

I agree with the people. Bin it before it trashes your system.

Wouldn't try the Elite, in the past not their best series, although it says V3 so am not sure about how that has changed anything.
The MWE V2 are "okay".

Could maybe recommend others or better, but don't know budget or country you buy so linked something decent that shouldn't cost too much.
