Is this psu still good?

I'm looking at SeaSonic x-650 PSU, is it still the tier 1 psu as it's listed in the tier list and is it solid for i7 6700k and gtx 1060/rx 480 + OC?

Is m12II series a good psu for overclock, since its twice cheaper than g2/p2 and around 20-30% cheaper than the SeaSonic one i was asking at the beginning about?

M12II is enough for overclocking. It is bronze efficient power supply. I prefer gold. Just a personal preference though.
Is G2 pricier than the seasonic x series? You can also look into seasonic G, XFX TS gold.

It will suffice, don't worry about that. It's still plenty powerful enough to handle that rig.
