Hi,
I have a SeaSonic PSU certified as 80+ Bronze which is 400Watt And I have the following specs:

ASRock H61 (could upgrade later to Asus P8Z68)
Core i7 3770@3.4Ghz
2×4Gb@1333Mhz Ram
SSD 240GB1, TB@7200RPM HDD, 320GB@5400RPM (maybe more later)

I've got an MSI GTX 980 GAMING and I want to plug it into my PC.

The question is whether the 400Watt-PSU be sufficient to run it along with the other components?

A power draw of about 285 watts for max gaming on Gtx 980, plus 77 watts for your cpu is 362 watts, plus your motherboard, and peripherals. Thats awful tight. Recommended is a 500 watt psu for the Gtx 980. That was a beast back in its day for draw and output.

This is a non-TI version of the card, and the listed power consumption is 165watt on the MSI site.
