Is this PSU Sufficient?

yes it's Sufficient for your PC but not a good quality PSU you can get better one and the build I've some comments on it if you don't mind :)

Edit: your build have OC-able MB and locked CPU and old SSD so I'll make a changes to the build if you don't mind ...
