Is this PSU Worth £27?

This power supply is selling for £27 on amazon & is 600W.... the reviews are decent & no one complains of any catastrophic problems with the Power Supply. I ask this because it shows the specifications of the the PSU & I don't have much experience with power supply's so I don't know if It is a quality product... I would really appreciate the help 😀

I'm kinda broke atm, I've had my eye on this one for a while https://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-600-Power-Supply-Unit/dp/B01127D0MY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1465000174&sr=8-1&keywords=600W+psu What do you think? It's 600W & Cheaper... But it ain't a rubbish brand like the last. I'm also new to this site so sorry if I do something wrong.
