[SOLVED] Is this PSU worth getting?

Solution
YES, that PSU is very good. High-end power supply unit. No issues using that MODEL. There is slight difference, but the 11 series are based on a NEW platform, imo.

Previously, Pure Power 10 introduced DC-to-DC transformation to be quiet’s best selling power supply series, improving crossload performance and voltage regulation on its minor rails.

Pure Power 11 now expands on this proven technology by upgrading both passive and active components, enabling higher efficiency of up to 92% with 80 PLUS Gold certification, and leading to less heat generation and quieter operation. Manufacturer warranty has also been increased from three to five years.

What is a TIER?

similar to this but for PSU instead
https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html

there are several power supply quality lists, one was on toms for a time but was not maintained, I think one of the helpers was making a third PSU list, but have not heard about that for sometime.
tier 1 is the best, tier 4 and higher are to be avoided like a dumpster fire in a refinery.
depending on which list you are using and which sources they use to compile the list, the tiers vary from list to list.
more a guidepost or lane markers than anything else.

the old list was here
heres another few
https://www.ngolongtech.net/2018/01/top-update-psu-tier-list-2018-for.html
and one based on the now departed toms 2.0 tier list

they are decent resources but people swear by one list or another.
for a definitive answer read the jonnyguru review.
