Is this RAM card going to fit in my motherboard?

My specs :

Motherboard : ASRock Z87 Extreme 4
CPU : Intel I-5 4570 3.2 Ghz - upgraded the cooler to an aftermarket cooler Hyper EVO TX3.
Ram : 8GB
GPU : NVidia GeForce 750 Ti - upgraded to GTX970 EVGA ACS2 4GB SC2.
PSU : 530 ATCSx
Monitor : Samsung 32" HDTV 1920x1080
Case : Aerocool GT Black Edition ( http://www.skroutz.gr/s/4215130/Aerocool-GT-Black-Editi... )

The RAM card I want to get - and people told me to get -

http://www.skroutz.gr/s/447450/Corsair-CMSX8GX3M1A1600C10-8GB-DDR3.html

The reason : My two 4GB RAMs are reaching 800MHz each one, and I've been told that this is extremely low for gaming, and that's why I'm dealing most of the times with stuttering or just a random lagging from time to time. They told me that this specific RAM from Corsair is not gonna disappoint me at all when it comes down to performance. Only thing that bothers me with that, is, is it really going to fit on the motherboard?

For example, I'm planning to take out both these RAMs and put only this one inside, are the pins sufficient to fit in the motherboard? That's all. Thank you for your time.

Not sure who told you that but that nonsense. 8gb is still fine for gaming regardless of speed. It sounds like you have two 4GB ram modules running at 1600mhz which is fine.

The stuttering or lag is mostly down to other factors but there not enough information to determine it from what you have written.
i.e. what game? What settings? what's the cpu and gpu temps in game, memoery usage...

They are running at 800MHz, even speccy shows that, I swear. They also explained to me, that If I put another 8GB RAM which is like 1600MHz, the computer will still run at the 800MHz, because that's the lowest setting on one of the RAMs. I'm very confused about that. Also, about a game, Witcher 3 on Ultra - except motion blur and nvidia hairworks these are turned off - sometimes the game seems to stutter a little or lag, but very rarely and that occasionally or in the beginning as it is being loaded. Another game is Skyrim with ENB graphical mods, but that's just another story.

I've been told that my gpu is actually one of the very good and decent gaming gpus so far and there's no problem with that, my cpu is not perfect but it's still considered good I think, so, maybe it's really have to do with the RAM, I'm not sure. Is it worth to upgrade the RAM at that point? I was aiming to make it 16GB RAM, but this one costs a lot.

No, you actually running 1600Mhz ram. It's DDR - double data rate so 800Mhz x2 = 1600Mhz.
Cpu is fine.
Yes you will get some fps drops/stutters with witcher 3 on ultra with a GTX 970.
With my experience, it's when the vram usage hits over 3.5GB on the GTX 970 when loading in new textures, it stutters for a bit. Same with AC syndicate. It's partially the card's fault and the game coding.
8gb is still fine for gaming. There is nothing wrong with your ram.

yeah everything is running as it should. As mentioned 1600Mhz is actually 800mhz x2 (ie it sends data at the rise and fall of each clock double pumping the buses speed). As for the stuttering...Thank Nvidia for the GTX 970 3.5 + .5GB partitioning debacle. Some people have no problems with it while others like you get horrid stuttering and frame drops because that last .5GB has much lower bandwidth then the rest of the vram. I would try lowering your settings and see if that helps and use vsync/gsync to help keep things smooth...

So, it doesn't worth to spend another 40 euros or so to get that new RAM with 1600MHz? That means I'm clean? Also, If I do buy that, can I use it along with my two RAMs and be ok? Like 800+800+1600MHz. So I can have like 1600MHz? I want to make it 16GB, and that's why I'm aiming for something like that.

if you buy more ram to go up to 16GB make sure its the exact same make and model...or repurchase all new ram. running in mixed mode (two different models/brands) is a bad idea in general. It either doesn't work or there are performance penalties for using mixed ram.
