My motherboard right now is a Gigabyte GA-P41T-D3P and I have 4GB DDR3 RAM, but I want to upgrade to this 8GB (2x4GB) Corsair DDR3 XMS3, PC3-10600 (1333), Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 9-9-9-24, 1.50V.
Will this be compatible? Is it safe to buy?

1.5v DDR3-1333 is supported in overclocking mode, if cpu is running on standard FSB1066, then it will run as DDR3-1066.

I would just buy cheaper DDR3-1333 rather than expensive brand, as you will see no real difference.

For example, ebuyer.com has your 2x4GB @ £40.38, while 2x4GB Crucial @ £29.18, both excluding delivery.

So basically what you two are saying that I should buy it and it will work with my motherboard regardless?
In the future I'm going to be changing my processor and motherboard, so I suppose it can't really hurt to have this RAM ready.
